She holds a general lines license for Texas and non-resident licenses in New Mexico, Utah, Nevada, and Arizona, and she is also a Notary Public for Texas.

Pam thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, excelling at problem-solving and customer-focused service. She loves protecting others from uncertainty and loss while continuing to learn and grow with the industry’s evolving landscape. Born in Monterey, California, Pamela grew up in a military family and enjoyed living in Germany during the 1990s. After spending time in Seminole and San Marcos, she moved to Lubbock in 2019.
